Heston Blumenthal OBE Presents Winners of the Annual Awards of Excellence 2010
On Tuesday evening (20th July) the overall winners of the Academy of Culinary Arts’ Annual Awards of Excellence were announced during a glittering Gala Dinner at The Dorchester hosted by Brian J. Turner CBE and John Williams MBE. Presented with their award by Honorary President of the Awards, Heston Blumenthal, the winners are: Annual Awards of Excellence Young Chef of the Year: MARK STINCHCOMBE – Lucknam Park Annual Awards of Excellence Young Pastry Chef of the Year: RICHARD PHILLIPS – Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons Annual Awards of Excellence Young Waiter of the Year: KATIE WATSON – Gleneagles
